Mes neturime žodžio, galinčio apibrėžti Rusijos Federacijos pilietį (россиянин), kuris leistų parodyti, jog tai nebūtinai rusas (русский). Tai čia toks darbinis žodis „rosijaninas“, apibūdinantis vieną iš 85-ar-kiek-ten-%, palaikančių Putlerio režimą ir įsivaizduojančių, kad visas pasaulis jiems skolingas.
